The plant is SMETA 4-Pillar (Sedex) audited, holds ISO 22716 and a GMP statement from SGS, ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 from ICAS, a US FDA cosmetic facility registration under MoCRA, and is a Disney FAMA registered facility. It has also passed second-party audits for retailers including NEXT, Carrefour and CVS. Each certificate is listed below with issuer, number and dates.

Social audit: SMETA 4-Pillar (Sedex)

The plant is SMETA 4-Pillar (Sedex) audited. The latest audit was carried out by LRQA on 4 August 2026, following the audit of 17 April 2026. Sedex does not issue certificates; your ethical trade team views the report on Sedex. Our Sedex company reference is ZC407045374 and our site reference is ZS407068898. Testing in our own lab

The R&D centre covers 750 square metres, with a stability room and a microbiology lab. Stability is tested with your actual packaging. Cartons are drop tested on our own test machine before bulk shipment.

SDS (safety data sheet) for each fragrance.
IFRA document confirming the oil is used within IFRA limits for the product category.
Allergen declaration for labelling.
MSDS for transport and dangerous goods handling.
Technical data for the EU and UK so your responsible person can complete the CPSR and the CPNP or SCPN notification.

What we will not do

We do not fill finished juice made by another factory, because we cannot stand behind a liquid we did not make. We do not show one customer's designs to another.

Questions buyers ask

Does YFF hold a Sedex certificate?

Sedex does not issue certificates. The plant is SMETA 4-Pillar (Sedex) audited. Your ethical trade team requests the report on Sedex with our company reference; see how to request a SMETA report.

Is the plant FDA approved?

The FDA does not approve cosmetic factories. The plant holds a US FDA cosmetic facility registration under MoCRA, number 3016013680. See MoCRA.

Who issued the ISO certificates?

ISO 22716 and the GMP statement are from SGS. ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 are from ICAS.

What does Disney FAMA registered facility mean?

The plant is registered in Disney's Facility and Merchandise Authorization system, which licensees need before producing Disney licensed products there.

Which documents come with each product?

For each fragrance: SDS, IFRA document and allergen declaration, plus an MSDS for shipping. For the EU and UK, the technical data your responsible person needs for the CPSR and CPNP or SCPN.
