Reed diffuser manufacturer in China
We make reed diffusers for home furnishing chains, department stores and home fragrance brands, from 50ml to 200ml, in our own bottle designs or in yours. We treat the bottle as a piece of home decor first, because that is how shoppers choose a diffuser, then build the liquid, reeds and box around it.
The bottle sells the diffuser
People buy a reed diffuser to sit on a shelf for months, so it is judged as an object before it is judged as a scent. A shopper sees the bottle from across the store and smells it second. That is why our diffuser projects start with the shape, the glass colour, the cap and the box, and why most of our own designs began as a question about a room, not about a fragrance.
Our own designs, ready to adapt
Several diffuser bottles in our catalogue are our own designs. A buyer can take one as it is, change the glass colour and cap, and put their own label and box on it. This is the quickest route to the shelf, because there is no mould to wait for.
The Sunset diffuser is the clearest example. Its shoulder curve comes from a wave and the orange cap from a setting sun. Customers have picked it three times since 2023, each with their own colour and packaging.
Your own bottle
If you have a design, we make the mould. Tooling takes 35 to 40 days from the signed 3D drawing. For a home furnishing chain we designed a bottle with a wide top and narrow base, so it seems to float, with vertical ribs that let the coloured liquid show through. That project went from design to market in under five months. The case page shows how.
Decoration and finishes
Glass can be tinted, solid colour sprayed, gradient sprayed, frosted or left clear. Caps come in wood, resin, metal and plastic, with metallic silver plating, silk screen text or electroplated engraving. Coloured liquid behind a ribbed or clear bottle is one of the strongest effects on a home shelf, and we test the colour for fading in light and for staining the reeds.
Liquid, reeds and throw
The diffuser base carries the fragrance up the reeds and into the room. How strong it smells and how long it lasts depend on the base, the fragrance load, the reed material and the number of reeds. Our minimalist home range runs its 120ml diffuser at 10% fragrance. We test evaporation with your reeds and your bottle neck before the lasting time goes on the box. As a guide, our 200ml home aroma bottle lasts over 60 days and the 500ml three to six months.
A full home range from one plant
A diffuser rarely sells alone. We make the matching room spray, a 9ml hanging diffuser, a 10ml car diffuser with no alcohol and a 100ml car spray, so a range can carry one scent across the home and the car. A coordinated set of diffuser, spray and perfume in the same scent is one of the easiest gift sets to plan for Christmas.
Candles are not made in our plant, and we do not offer them.
Shipping a diffuser
Most diffuser bases contain solvents that need dangerous goods paperwork, and we prepare the MSDS for your forwarder. Glass and liquid together need careful packing; cartons are drop tested on our own test machine before bulk shipment. Sea freight takes about a month to the US or Europe.
Questions buyers ask
What sizes of reed diffuser do you make?
From 50ml up to 200ml as standard, with 100ml and 120ml the most common retail sizes. A 9ml hanging diffuser and a 10ml car diffuser sit in the same family. Larger home aroma bottles of 200ml and 500ml are also in our catalogue.
Can we use our own bottle design?
Yes. We make the mould from your signed 3D drawing, which takes 35 to 40 days. Or start from one of our own designs, such as the Sunset diffuser, and change the colour, cap and box.
How long does a reed diffuser last?
It depends on the volume, the reeds and the room. As a guide from our own catalogue, a 200ml home aroma bottle lasts over 60 days and a 500ml bottle three to six months. We test the evaporation rate on your formula and reeds before anything goes on the box.
Can the diffuser liquid be coloured?
Yes. Coloured liquid behind a clear or ribbed bottle is one of the strongest shelf effects in home fragrance. We check the colour for fading against light and for staining on the reeds before approval.
Do you also make candles?
Candles are not made in our plant. We focus on liquid home fragrance: reed diffusers, room sprays, hanging and car diffusers.
