Perfume gift set manufacturer
We make fragrance gift sets for retailers, licensed brands and fashion brands: perfume with a body mist, discovery boxes of minis, home fragrance trios and seasonal sets. Most of our gift sets are built for Christmas, so we plan each one backwards from the date it must be on the shelf, starting with the box.
What a gift set needs that a single bottle does not
A gift set is a packaging project with fragrance inside it. The box, the insert and the way the products sit together decide how it looks on a shelf, how it survives a shipping container, and how much it costs. The products inside are often ones the customer already sells. That changes the order of work: the box is designed first, and everything else follows its timetable.

The Christmas calendar
A typical Christmas plan for goods landing in the US or Europe looks like this:
- Early August: design frozen, scent approved.
- Mid August: packaging production starts. Boxes and inserts take about a month.
- End September to early October: filling and assembly finished, about ten days of production.
- End October to end November: goods land after about a month at sea.
If the set uses a new bottle or a new cap, add the mould time, 35 to 40 days from the signed 3D drawing, before packaging. The timeline guide explains each stage.
Assembly and transport testing
Gift sets are assembled by hand on our packing lines. Cartons are drop tested on our own test machine before bulk shipment, because the insert that holds a bottle still on the shelf may not hold it in a container. Finishes are checked too: frosting together with hot stamping is the combination most likely to scuff, so it gets a transport simulation before approval.
Licensed gift sets
Gift companies and licensees need a factory that a licensor will accept. The plant is a Disney FAMA registered facility and has passed a SMETA 4-Pillar (Sedex) audit. Starting a set
Send the shelf date, the products you want inside, the market and the retail price you are aiming for. We reply with a structure proposal and a plan worked back from your date.
Questions buyers ask
When should we start a Christmas gift set?
Early. For product landing in the US or Europe between late October and late November, the design should be frozen in early August, packaging starts mid August and production finishes by early October. Our timeline guide shows the full plan.
What can go in one gift set?
Any mix of products we make: perfume, minis, body mist, Body & Hair Mist, reed diffuser and room spray. Bath and body items such as shower gel and body lotion can be added when a retailer runs a wider own-brand programme.
Can you produce licensed character gift sets?
Yes. We have produced gift sets for licensed brands, and the plant is a Disney FAMA registered facility. The licence and its approvals stay with you or your licensor; we work to the brand guide and the approval steps they set.
Who designs the box?
Either side. We can work from your finished artwork, or design the structure and insert and leave the graphics to you. Cartons are drop tested before bulk shipment.
